Yet these unusual circumstances mean that all of us, from seasoned outdoor enthusiasts to families heading out to their local park for the first time, could use a little guidance about how to stay safe. State Parks - Post Election, Pre-Budget Release Update

The Governor’s budget rollout is expected the week of December 15th.  It is expected there will be a very ugly Book 1 budget- that is a current law no new revenue budget, and at the same time or soon thereafter a Book 2 budget that will have new revenue proposals.  Book 1 is essentially the Governor’s description of the problem, Book 2 is the Governor’s proposed solutions. 

Then the heavy lifting begins.
