During this public health crisis, spending time in outdoor spaces has become even more important for many Americans. Yet these unusual circumstances mean that all of us, from seasoned outdoor enthusiasts to families heading out to their local park for the first time, could use a little guidance about how to stay safe. State Parks - Post Election, Pre-Budget Release Update

The Governor’s budget rollout is expected the week of December 15th.  It is expected there will be a very ugly Book 1 budget- that is a current law no new revenue budget, and at the same time or soon thereafter a Book 2 budget that will have new revenue proposals.  Book 1 is essentially the Governor’s description of the problem, Book 2 is the Governor’s proposed solutions. 

Then the heavy lifting begins.
